Luxury Presence Recognized on 2024 Tech 200 List

As a leader in both real estate technology and digital marketing innovation, Luxury Presence scored several mentions in the annual industry report compiled by T3 Sixty, a well-respected consultancy that serves brokerages, franchisors, Realtor associations, MLSs, and others in the residential real estate brokerage industry.

Every year, T3 Sixty publishes its Real Estate Almanac, which seeks to compile a comprehensive list of torchbearers and trailblazers in residential real estate. As part of that effort, the consultancy creates the Tech 200, a list of the industry’s best tech products designed to help brokers, teams, and agents grow and streamline their businesses. This year, T3 Sixty selected 203 leading products from 138 companies.

T3 Sixty recognized Luxury Presence in several categories on its 2024 Tech 200 list, including:

  • Artificial intelligence
  • Digital marketing
  • Search engine optimization and search engine marketing
  • Website providers
  • Collaborative home search
  • Listing presentation

The organization called out several Luxury Presence products and service tiers on its watchlist, including Leads Pro, SEO Pro, and Presence Copilot. T3 Sixty evaluated each product based on its ability to provide innovation and application within the six sections of the T3 Tech Landscape (generating initial consumer contacts; building relationships and turning prospects into clients; processing or facilitating transactions; engaging consumers to win repeat-and-referral business; refining, forecasting, and optimizing businesses; and providing integrated tools in one solution).

In addition, the organization examined the following to determine whether to include it on the Tech 200 list:

  • Depth, breadth, and reliability of solutions
  • Known or tested client satisfaction or adoption metrics
  • Product’s market share
  • Year-over-year growth
  • Ability to serve and support clients
  • Leadership in respective categories
  • Overall impact on the industry
